Teen girls and sex.
I volunteer at a local middle school, probably 15 minutes away from the University, and I work with young girls for a program called Girl Talk. This past Monday, one of the volunteers gave them a presentation on STDs. She showed graphic images and statistics to scare the girls, but the girls were really immature about the subject. I can understand their reactions because they aren’t familiar...

I’m really not down to read Hawthorne’s Preface to The House of Seven Gables: A Romance & “Rappaccini’s Daughter.” Ahhhhhhh! But I must because I’m not about to look clueless in lit class tomorrow.
